Entertain your guests with the 1903 Harle Syke Mill engine which can be operational to bring the gallery to life. Utilise the unique branding opportunities in this space; you can create a message for the LED display of the Energy Ring, there are four plasma screens available for logo branding and you can choose your corporate colours for the colour-phasing ceiling.

An atmospheric space telling the fascinating story of space exploration, an out-of-this-world gallery that is available for evening hire. Accommodating up to 492 guests, it is the perfect space for standing drinks receptions. Information Age is divided into six zones, each representing a different technology network. Entertain your guests with the important events that shaped the development of these networks, from the growth of the worldwide telegraph to the influence of mobile phones on our lives today.

Antenna, an interactive news gallery, is an innovative space for exhibitions by day, and a perfect contemporary backdrop for your event by night. The gallery can host standing receptions with up to 450 guests, and it may also be used in conjunction with the Deep Blue diner if you want to host a catered event. Along with exhibitions on the latest scientific, technological and medical breakthroughs with a 9-month life span, the gallery often hosts exciting new product launches or pop-up events.

Accommodating up to 220 guests for a drinks reception, it is the perfect space for intimate and engaging corporate events. Engineer Your Future explores engineering through high-quality, interactive multiplayer games and digital experiences. Your guests can test some of the UK's most amazing and complex systems such as the power grid and the rail network.

Spread across seven different zones, there's loads of opportunity to get hands-on with real scientific phenomena. Order live experiments at our Chemistry Bar, see a lightning strike before your eyes, play with forces on giant slides or travel through space under a canopy of stars. Illuminate is a progressive new venue designed to both anticipate and surpass the needs of the ever-evolving events industry. Illuminate is situated on Levels 4 and 5 of the Science Museum. It will be available for both daytime and evening hire, with capacities of up to 400 for dinners and conferences and 450 for receptions. Among the unique features of this new space is a panoramic window on Level 5. Offering stunning views of the City and an abundance of natural daylight, it will be a key element in ensuring a productive meeting or conference experience.

Let your imagination soar in this inspiring gallery which tells the story of manned flight through many of the most significant objects in aviation history. Take a journey from Renaissance dreams of human flight to the jump-jets and wide-body aeroplanes of today.

Originally constructed in 1890, the Smith Centre has been elegantly preserved to present four spaces of varying size that suit a wide variety of event purposes. From small meeting rooms for up to 20 guests, to an ample-sized salon accommodating 200 guests for a drinks reception, the Smith Centre provides versatility throughout. Among the original features is an open-plan courtyard area which can be enjoyed in conjunction with daytime hire of the Salon.

Medicine: The Wellcome Galleries is a suite of five vast and visually stunning galleries which is available for evening drinks receptions for up to 400 guests. With over 3,000 objects in what is the world's largest collection of Medical galleries, there are plenty of stories for your guests to explore on how our lives have been transformed by medical research and practice. Designed by WilkinsonEyre Architects, the five galleries cover 3000m2. The galleries look over our Making the Modern World gallery and feature work by artist Marc Quinn.
