The IMAX uses image maximum technology, a state-of-the-art surround system and one of the world's most sophisticated projectors, making it the ideal venue for launches, TED Talks and focused presentations. Our IMAX projectionists can provide extensive support or work with your AV company to provide an unforgettable event.
The IMAX can be hired alongside The Flight gallery to allow for break out space for networking.

A versatile, high-tech event space in a historic hotel. Ideal for conferences and large gatherings.

The Kings Suite is the largest event room at The Rembrandt, offering a maximum capacity of 200 delegates theatre-style. Ideal to host a conference, meeting or training session - the space boasts excellent amenities including LCD projector, telephone, stationery, PA system for hire, video conferencing facilities, black-out blinds and more. Flooded with natural daylight, it is perfect for working lunches, and our experienced chef offers a range of catering options for all events. For smaller events the suite can be partitioned into four separate rooms using sound proof partitions.

The Balmoral suite offers 368 square metres of pillar free events space, with flexible mood lighting, built in AV, built in bar, it's own foyer and the flexibility to section into 3 individual breakout spaces. Balmoral 3 also provides direct access to our private garden which can be used for networking events, pre-dinner drinks, lunches. 
The Balmoral suite can accommodate a maximum of 450 guests for a networking reception, or can be used to host a large exhibition in 2 sections, while the 3rd section can be used for workshops or meetings in conjunction with the exhibition.

This bright and airy space enjoys its own reception, a variety of room sizes and layouts, a mezzanine breakout area making it the ideal place for meetings, corporate workshops, training, small conferences, seminars and presentations. What's more, the rooms can be hired as either a standalone venue or in conjunction with Imperial's larger rooms and lecture theatres.
