Befitting the accomplishments of one of cinema’s true greats, the David Lean Room lends itself to a myriad of functions. Gala dinners, weddings, press launches, business conferences, presentations; a host of possibilities awaits. The David Lean Room is often used in conjunction with the Princess Anne Theatre for pre or post-screening drinks or dinner, or as a lunch venue for presentations.
Up to 180 seated guests can be accommodated comfortably, with a discreet sliding wall revealing additional capacity in the stylish Foyer Bar. Here you will find a private, permanent collection of photography from some of Sir David Lean’s most famous films, which include Doctor Zhivago, Lawrence of Arabia and The Bridge on the River Kwai.
