Room hire varies by space: Princess Alexandra Hall costs £1,500-£2,500 plus VAT, Hall of India & Pakistan costs £1,300-£1,900 plus VAT. All bookings require minimum catering spends ranging from £1,500-£3,500 plus VAT depending on the room and event type. Day delegate packages start from £85-£193 plus VAT per person with minimum numbers of 60-100 guests.

Princess Alexandra Hall accommodates 150 theatre style, 100 cabaret style, or 80 guests on round tables with dance floor space. Hall of India & Pakistan seats 120 on round tables, 150 theatre style, or 150 standing reception. The Garden holds 120 guests standing for receptions.

Standard access is from 08:00-17:00 for day events or 18:00-23:00 for evening events. Some spaces allow earlier access from 12:30 or extended hours until 23:30 for dinner events. All venues must be fully vacated by the specified end time with no flexibility for overruns.

Dry hire is not available - all events must use Six Park Place's in-house catering due to limited kitchen facilities for external caterers. The venue explicitly states they do not offer dry hire and all food and beverage must be provided by their catering team.

A signed contract plus 100% deposit of the room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation. Written confirmation must include contact details for contracts and invoicing plus billing address.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge is added to all food and beverage on the net value (you can opt out by informing the team before final invoicing). Piano hire costs £200 plus VAT plus tuning. Entertainment and decorations are not included and charged separately.

Princess Alexandra Hall includes stage, screen, projector, PA sound system, handheld and lapel microphones, and lectern. Hall of India & Pakistan includes sound system, microphone, and lectern. All rooms include manned cloakroom and dedicated events team as standard.

Dinner packages start from £137-£140 plus VAT per person with minimum 60-70 guests, including arrival drinks, three-course meal, half bottle house wine, room hire from 18:00-23:00, and event management. Christmas dinner packages are £139 plus VAT per person minimum 100 guests including unlimited drinks until 23:30.

Garden events only permit jazz, classical, or acoustic background music to maintain the clubhouse environment. All suppliers and entertainers must be approved in advance by the events team. The venue is home to the Royal Over-Seas League members' club, so events must respect the clubhouse atmosphere.
