The venue can accommodate seated dining for up to 150 guests across multiple spaces including the Rutland Room, North Sanctuary, Library, and Marble Hall. For larger groups requiring stand-up format only, the venue can host up to 220 guests for receptions.

No, the venue does not offer internal catering for private dining events. They recommend catering partners including Hibiscus Food and Melanie's Catering, or you can bring in your own approved caterers. All catering costs are additional to the venue hire fee.

The venue does not operate cash bars and has minimum budget requirements that eliminate many smaller events. Events with budgets under approximately £10,000-15,000 total (including catering) are typically declined as being too low for the venue's positioning.

Bookings require a signed booking form and payment can be made via provided Stripe payment links. A fully refundable damage deposit of £1,000 is required. The venue offers complimentary tastings and site visits for serious enquiries.

Early access is available for additional fees. Corporate events can access from 12pm for an additional £3,000. Standard event access typically begins at 6pm, with setup time included in the hire period.
