Kent House does not provide internal catering but works with preferred partners including Hibiscus Food and Melanie's Catering for three-course meals and corporate catering. You can also bring your own catering. The venue does not operate cash bars, and all catering arrangements must be coordinated through their approved suppliers or your own providers.

The venue includes in-house AV equipment such as screens, projectors, PA systems, microphones for speeches, and lecterns. The Rutland Room specifically has AV capabilities and can accommodate screens for presentations. Corporate day events typically cost around £1,200-£1,250 including AV, tea, coffee and light refreshments. Evening exclusive hire runs from 6pm-11pm as standard. Bookings require a signed booking form and payment can be made via a provided Stripe link. A fully refundable damage deposit of £1,000 is required. The venue offers site visits and viewings, and dates can be held pending confirmation of requirements and timings.

Kent House offers multiple spaces including the Rutland Room, North Sanctuary, Marble Hall, and Library, plus two terraces. The Rutland Room works well for 30 people theatre style, while the North Sanctuary provides blank walls for filming. The Marble Hall can be used for drinks receptions while other rooms are being turned around between different event segments.

The venue can work around existing setups and provide cleared space for small production teams of up to 4 people.

Kent House includes professional event planning support, security services, cloakroom facilities, and dedicated event management. The venue is fully accessible with entrance ramps, lift access, and dedicated wheelchair accessible bathroom. Red carpet arrival and venue styling can be arranged as part of event packages.
