Frequently asked questions
Can I bring my own catering or must I use venue catering?
The venue offers comprehensive catering packages with breakfast, lunch, and refreshment options. External catering policies are not explicitly detailed in available information, so this should be confirmed directly with the venue during booking discussions.
What are the booking hold and viewing policies?
The venue can hold bookings for short periods pending confirmation (specific hold periods vary by availability). Site visits can be arranged, typically during business hours, though availability depends on existing bookings and setup activities at the venue.
What are the capacity limits for different event setups?
The venue accommodates a maximum of 60 people in theatre style, 50 people cabaret style, or 80 people standing. The space is not suitable for events requiring more than these capacities, as larger groups would need to consider their other venues like Lumiere Underwood Lofts.
What are the key features and layout of the space?
The venue features two large rooms, an open plan kitchen, roof terrace, mezzanine level, and two bathrooms. It offers natural light, exposed bricks and ceiling beams, wooden floors, and skylights, providing a blank canvas that can be configured in various ways to suit different event needs.
