Are there other mandatory costs such as service charges or AV hire fees?
Yes, a 10% service charge is commonly added to the total spend. Use of our standard AV equipment is usually included in the hire fee.
What is the guest capacity for events at Bubba Oasis?
The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests across the whole venue, with the living room holding up to 180 guests.
What are the standard hire times and are setup or pack-down periods included in the rental?
Quoted hire times usually run from midday or early afternoon into early evening, for example 12:00–18:00, 18:00–23:00, or 20:00–02:00. However, we can be flexible with timings. We usually allow an hour for setup however we do allow for more time in certain cases.
What catering and drinks options are available, and can I use external vendors?
Catering and drinks are fully customisable with packages such as welcome drinks (£12pp), canapés (£25pp) and bowl food (£15pp). External catering can be permmited on certain occasions, but must be pre-approved!
Is security required and if so, what are the costs?
We provide security for no extra charge on Fridays and Saturdays!
Are there any restrictions on branding, décor, or use of venue features?
You are welcome to bring your own branding materials, and decorations! We just ask for no confetti. Branding packages are available from £1000.
