Security is mandatory for most bookings, with full details available on their extras page. All food and beverages must be provided through accredited caterers, or you can bring your own caterer for a £535-£550 + VAT accreditation fee (pricing varies between communications). A £250 damage deposit is required and is fully refundable if no damage occurs.

You cannot supply your own food - all food must be provided by a licensed caterer. You can use their accredited caterers or bring your own for an accreditation fee of £535-£550 + VAT. External caterers must provide food safety certificates, risk assessments, PAT test certificates, and public liability insurance, and must go through an approval process.

The venue has prep kitchens only, so caterers must bring all equipment needed for service. The kitchens are not full-service cooking facilities, requiring caterers to prepare food elsewhere and use the space only for final preparation and plating.

The venue hire fee includes complimentary use of furniture and access to retractable skylights. When booking the Orchard Room, you get exclusive access to the private courtyard. The venue operates as 'dry hire,' meaning no food, beverages, or additional services are included in the base price.

The venue offers in-house drinks options and bar services for select venues, with details available on their drinks page. If using external caterers, they must be licensed to serve alcohol. No alcohol is permitted for children's parties, and helium balloons are also prohibited.

The venue will provisionally hold one time slot for 5 days while you arrange other details like registrar availability for ceremonies. After this period, you'll need to confirm or risk losing the date.

The venue can accommodate 80 guests comfortably, as mentioned for wedding receptions. The space has two rooms with separate entrances available for events requiring segregation or multiple spaces.

You can bring your own band or DJ, but you must provide public liability insurance, risk assessments, and PAT tests for any equipment requiring electrical plugs. The venue does not provide DJ equipment or services - you must arrange your own entertainment and sound equipment.

Helium balloons are prohibited at the venue. For children's parties, you can bring your own cold snacks and soft drinks only, but no alcohol is permitted. All other decoration restrictions would need to be confirmed directly with the venue.

For wedding ceremonies, you must separately check availability with the Hackney Registrar Team and complete a booking form at hackney.gov.uk/approved-premises. The venue can provisionally hold your reception time while you arrange registrar availability, but ceremony booking is a separate process.
