The minimum spend is £20,000 including VAT plus a 12.5% service charge for full venue hire. This covers exclusive use of the entire venue including both bars, security, and all gaming facilities.

The venue includes 2 karaoke booths, 2 shuffleboard tables, 2 ping pong tables, 5 interactive darts lanes, 2 pool tables, and a 9-hole mini golf course. Games hire costs an additional £1,000 on top of the minimum spend.

The Ping Pong Parlour dining space has a capacity of 200 people. For larger events up to 280 guests, full venue hire would be required.

The 'Treat Your Elf' package costs £45 per person and includes turkey sliders, chicken strips, lamb kofta, mushroom croquettes, padron peppers, brie cheese, half pizza per person, plus 2 beers or ½ bottle of wine per person on arrival. Additional bar tabs can be arranged separately.

Corporate events typically run from 12:00 to 17:00 for afternoon bookings. The venue is flexible with scheduling but may have restrictions on certain days of the week.

Based on client preferences, Mondays and Tuesdays are generally avoided for corporate events. Wednesdays and Thursdays are preferred days for business bookings.

Beyond the £20,000 minimum spend, expect a 12.5% service charge on all purchases. Games hire adds £1,000, and additional bar tabs can range from £6,400 upwards depending on guest count and consumption.

Food is served as canapes and bowl food rather than formal sit-down dining. The venue specializes in stone-baked pizzas and finger foods suitable for socializing while gaming.

The venue offers immersive experiences, theming options, and various activities alongside the standard gaming facilities. Two private karaoke booths are included for groups wanting singing entertainment.

Security is included as part of the full venue hire package within the £20,000 minimum spend. This covers professional security staff for the duration of your private event.
