The minimum spend is £20,000 including VAT plus a 12.5% service charge for full venue hire. This covers exclusive use of both floors with all games and facilities included.

The venue includes 2 karaoke booths, 2 shuffleboard tables, 2 ping pong tables, 5 interactive darts lanes, 2 pool tables, and a 9-hole mini golf course. Games hire is charged at £1,000 total for the full package.

What is the maximum capacity for private events?

The Events space can accommodate up to 200 people for private hire. The venue spans two floors with multiple gaming areas and entertainment zones.

What food and drink packages are available?

The 'Treat Your Elf' package costs £45 per person and includes turkey sliders, chicken strips, lamb kofta, mushroom croquettes, padron peppers, brie cheese, half pizza per person, plus 2 beers or ½ bottle of wine per person on arrival. Additional bar tabs can be arranged separately.

Are there restrictions on which days events can be held?

Based on typical corporate bookings, events are commonly scheduled Wednesday through Sunday. Monday and Tuesday bookings may have different availability or pricing structures.

Daytime corporate events typically run from 12:00 to 17:00 (5 hours). This timing works well for afternoon Christmas parties and team building activities with the full range of games and entertainment.
