The Auditorium, the largest studio at Art Academy's Bankside Campus, offers a dynamic and adaptable space ideal for hosting events on a bigger scale. With it's impressive features, including a state-of-the-art 4K projector, a 5-meter screen, and direct access to a small production kitchen, the Auditorium provides professional and self-contained setting for a wide variety of gatherings.

The Auditorium can accommodate up to 70 people in classroom layout and 80-100 attendees in theatre-style seating. For smaller events, the space can be configured for various layouts depending on your specific requirements.

The Auditorium includes a state-of-the-art 4K projector with a 5-meter wide screen and high-quality speakers. This setup is ideal for presentations, screenings, and professional events requiring high-quality visual and audio capabilities.

The venue is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm for viewings and standard operations. Event access times and setup periods can be arranged based on your specific requirements and may extend beyond these hours.

External catering is allowed, and the Auditorium has direct access to a small production kitchen for food preparation, reheating, and plating. However, the venue has approved drinks suppliers or charges corkage fees for alcoholic beverages brought from external sources.

The venue provides rectangular wooden trestle tables and chairs suitable for up to 50 guests in workshop or meeting configurations. Additional furniture arrangements can be discussed based on your specific event layout requirements.

To secure your booking, a 30% deposit is required upfront to hold the date. The remaining balance must be cleared 2 weeks before the event date, with invoicing handled by the venue's finance team.

Food is generally not allowed in the studios, though exceptions may be made depending on the nature of the event. A single bottle of champagne or similar minimal alcohol consumption may be permitted, but this should be confirmed during booking.

External decorators are permitted for events. Setup time can be arranged based on your needs - for example, events requiring 4 hours of setup time can be accommodated with advance notice and proper scheduling.

The venue offers guided art sessions with professional tutors for team building events. Pricing is £59.50 per person (excluding VAT) for art activities only, or £72.50 per person (excluding VAT) when including alcoholic drinks like beer and white wine.

The venue can provide grazing platters with meats and cheeses at approximately £15 per person (excluding VAT). This is in addition to the base event costs and must be arranged in advance.
