The theatre at King's Head is a versatile space, able to accommodate rehearsals, private events, showcases and more. The setting allows for a personal touch, ensuring every event feels special. Whether you're planning a small gathering or larger production, the theatre enhances the experience for both performers and attendees. 10:30-5:30pm rehearsals (£25+VAT/hr) 10:30-10pm shows (£1000+VAT/day). Under artistic director and founder Dan Crawford, whose tenure lasted 35 years, the King's Head Theatre became a breeding ground for new talent and great work. Renowned actors like Maureen Lipman, Hugh Grant, Jennifer Saunders, Dawn French, Alan Rickman and Richard E. Grant have all performed here, and several productions have transferred to the West End and New York's Broadway, premiering work from writers such as Steven Berkoff, Tom Stoppard, Bryony Lavery and Victoria Wood.
