The venue offers several pricing structures depending on your event size and format. For smaller groups (11 people), private dining packages start at £3,000 per day including exclusive use from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with seated meal service and AV support. For larger events (50+ guests), expect minimum spends ranging from £20,000-£30,000 plus VAT, which is fully consumable on food and beverage. Classic canapés are priced around £35 per person, while seated Rockstar Menu options cost £65.95 per person including 2 alcoholic drinks.

The dining space can accommodate various configurations depending on your event type. For seated dining events, the space handles up to 130 guests when combining the Stage area with the Legends Room. For standing receptions with canapés, capacity increases to 350-400 guests. The Lower Ground Floor (Legends Room) alone can host 380 standing guests or smaller seated groups, while the Stage area offers a more intimate setting for up to 50-60 seated guests.

The venue offers comprehensive in-house catering including authentic American cuisine, BBQ, classic canapés (£35pp), bowl food options, and seated Rockstar Menu (£65.95pp with 2 drinks). Menu options include halal and vegetarian choices. While the venue primarily uses in-house catering, external catering arrangements may be possible for specific events - this should be discussed directly with the venue during booking to confirm any restrictions or additional fees.

The venue includes comprehensive AV packages with podium and screen setups, 2 handheld and 2 lapel microphones, PA system, and onsite tech support. The Stage area features a 5m x 7m stage with customized lighting and 10 LCD TVs throughout. Entertainment options include complimentary DJ services (when confirmed early), live musicians, and the venue's in-house Hard Rock playlist. Additional digital packages with customizable screens, video ribbons, and branded photobooths are available for larger events.

Most events run from 5:30 PM to midnight, though daytime events from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM are available for corporate functions. Setup access is typically provided 90 minutes before event start time. For evening parties, the venue can accommodate events until midnight or later depending on licensing. Multi-day bookings are possible, with some corporate events spanning 3 consecutive days with full daily access from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Yes, several complimentary services are offered for early bookings. Complimentary prosecco reception is provided if events are confirmed before the end of the month. DJ services are included at no extra cost for larger events or when booked early. Two complimentary entertainment acts (options include Mirror Men, Disco Heads, Magician, Live Band, or DJ) are available when booked before October 31st for Christmas events.

The venue includes dedicated cloakroom facilities, designated smoking areas, and cocktail tables for social flow. Water service is complimentary throughout events. The space features authentic music memorabilia from rock legends creating an iconic atmosphere. Custom Christmas décor and branding enhancements are available on request. All taxes, service charges, and staffing are typically included in quoted packages.

The venue offers flexible bar arrangements including minimum spend models (fully redeemable on drinks), drinks packages, and cash bar options. Arrival drinks (beer, wine, prosecco, or soft drinks) can be included in packages. For larger events, drinks receptions typically include 250 prosecco and 50 orange juice on arrival. The venue can accommodate voucher systems where employees receive drink vouchers and pay for additional drinks themselves.
