Access times vary by booking but typically range from 08:00-09:00 start times with full vacation required by 17:00-23:00 depending on event type. For multi-day events, access can be arranged from 08:00 on the first day with extended hours available for additional fees.

Dry hire is not available - Six Park Place requires use of their in-house catering due to limited kitchen facilities for external caterers. All events must meet minimum catering spend requirements, and the venue does not accommodate external food and beverage providers.

To confirm booking, provide written confirmation with contact details and billing address. A signed contract plus 100% deposit of room hire and minimum catering spend (or 100% of package price based on minimum numbers) is required within one week of confirmation.

A discretionary 12.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage on the net value, which can be opted out of if requested before final invoicing. Piano hire costs £200 plus VAT plus tuning if required, and entertainment is charged separately at additional cost.
