With its state-of-the-art AV equipment, abundant day light, various lighting options, the Embassy offers the main ball room, fire place room and offices / break out on the upper ground floor and the Palladio meeting room in the former vault, the arches and the outside patio on the lower ground floor.

The Embassy is the perfect location for trade shows, pop up shows, pop up restaurants, pop up cafes, exhibitions, food market, pop up store, product launches, PR days, festivals, screenings, catering, food tasting, wine tasting, live drawing, galleries, art fairs, recordings & music rehearsals.




Frequently asked questions

Dry hire costs £1,850 + VAT for 8 hours (9am to 5pm), with Monday and Friday rates reduced to £1,650 + VAT. Extra hours are charged at £160 + VAT per hour. A 10% service charge applies to all catering costs.

The Embassy accommodates a maximum of 100 standing, 70 theatre style, or 60 cabaret style. For boardroom setup, the capacity is 40 people maximum.

Two refreshment packages are available: unlimited tea, coffee, apple juice and biscuits at £10.90 + VAT per person, or the same plus soft drinks at £14.90 + VAT per person. Breakfast starts from £8.90 + VAT per person, lunch from £18.99 + VAT per person, and individual boxes/bowls from £11 + VAT per person.

Smart TV screens (85-inch) are available for £275 + VAT, microphones cost £90 + VAT (two handheld mics available), and stage pieces (1m x 2m) cost £125 + VAT. PA systems and other AV equipment are available for additional charges upon request.

The venue is accessed via a short flight of stairs to reach the main space. This may present challenges for guests with mobility issues or guide dogs, so accessibility should be confirmed directly with the venue for specific requirements.

The venue offers comprehensive catering packages with breakfast, lunch, and refreshment options. External catering arrangements would need to be discussed directly with the venue management to determine if this is permitted.
