Frequently asked questions

Karaoke pricing is £32 per person for 2 hours (minimum 50 guests) or £28 per person for groups of 30+ with 20% discount applied. Drinks minimum spends range from £15-20 per person for reserved bar areas before/after karaoke, or £40 per person for exclusive venue hire. A 12.5% discretionary service charge is added to all food and drinks bills.

The venue has 9 private karaoke pods accommodating 6-20 people each, with a spacious main bar area for larger groups. For events of 50+ guests, multiple pods are used with rotation between karaoke rooms and the bar area. The venue can handle exclusive hire for up to 200 people with full venue access.

Exclusive venue hire ranges from £4,500-15,000 depending on day and duration, plus mandatory minimum spends of £4,500-15,000 for food and drinks. Thursday exclusive hire costs £5,000 venue hire + £5,000 minimum spend, while Friday costs £4,500 venue hire + £4,500 minimum spend. This includes access to all karaoke pods and the main bar area.

Food options include Finger Food Selection (7 items) at £29 per person, Bowl Food Selection (5 items) at £39 per person, Pizza Selection averaging £14.50 each, and Festive options at £30-45 per person. All food pricing is inclusive of VAT with 12.5% service charge added to the final bill.

Bookings require payment in advance with options for 50% deposit now and 50% due 30 days before the event. Groups of 30+ can amend or cancel with full refund up to 30 days prior to the start time. The venue operates on a live booking system where earlier confirmation secures better availability.

The venue features over 12,000 songs in multiple languages and genres, London's largest disco wrecking ball for photos, a giant Walkman DJ booth, and revolving disco balls in each karaoke pod. The main bar area provides space for dancing and socializing between karaoke sessions.

All guests must be over 18 years old. To receive a quote, you must confirm guest numbers, preferred date and times, whether you want karaoke/food/drinks or all three, if you need exclusive hire, and your budget. The venue requires a phone number for booking discussions.

Standard events run 7pm arrival, 8pm food service, 9-11pm karaoke in multiple pods, then back to bar until 1am finish. For groups using multiple pods, guests rotate between karaoke rooms and the reserved bar area. The venue can accommodate earlier start times like 2pm for daytime events with 8pm finish.
