Kensington Suite is one of London's largest event spaces and as memorable as the area it's named after. This suite is big, with enough space to fit 1,350 guests in theatre style! Better yet, the Met has a purpose-built, West Wing Lobby for your guests to use as their exclusive entrance, very fancy! From there, the logistics are easy just two flights of stairs (or take the lift) and there’s the beautiful Kensington Suite. With a dedicated goods lift, large enough to load a car in, rigging points, 1,062 square metres of space, the ability to split into two sections and its own kitchen.

The Striking Lawrence Hall, with its unique art-deco design and high vaulted ceilings, is popular with organisers who want a London Venue with stunning architectural heritage. The Hall can be utilised for a variety of events including exhibitions, film sets and fashion shows, and can accommodate up to 1,500 for a standing reception, 900 for dinner, 750 for a dinner dance and 1,000 for a conference.
With a bespoke Training Suite and inspirational spaces including the Grand Hall for spectacular conferences, the Grand Connaught Rooms remains at the centre of London's social and business scene. With arched ceilings, ornate wood paneling, and beautiful chandeliers, this space wows with its art-deco style. There is space for 1,500 guests for a standing drinks reception and 750 for a seated theatre style event. There is an in-house, professional audio visual team to help with any presentations there may be and complimentary Wifi is also provided.
The Ballroom South Bank is an amazing temporary events structure designed specifically for large parties and events. The venue incorporates innovative and creative design from the star lit ceiling to the professional production and set lighting. The venue has a beautifully open reception area including two feature bars and soft seating. The main Ballroom can seat up to 900 guests. Located on London's stunning South Bank directly behind the national theatre and a short distance from The London Eye and Royal Festival Hall - this venue is the perfect setting for your Christmas party this winter.
Whilst seating 1156 people, it is an unusually intimate space with no seat located more than 20 metres from the stage and excellent sight lines for all delegates. There is a dedicated personnel to help you get the most out of your experience of booking in the theatre. There is state-of-the-art audio visual equipment available for usage. A professional kitchen can provide catering by Searcys and Halal catering is available upon request. The Barbican Theatre is disabled accessible.
Koko is a stunning venue for presentations, screenings, conferences and seminars of up to 300 seated theatre style. It can also host award dinners, product launches, company anniversaries and private events of up to 1000 people standing or 220 seated for dinner. I If the venue is set theatre style or banquet style, the client is responsible for the cost of all furniture hire, however the venue's in-house caterers and Hire Space are happy to quote and organise this. Prices listed are guidelines for venue hire, however please note a minimum spend on drinks will apply. The venue is not available
Large open auditorium with built in dual level stage. This spectacular room can also include mezzanine seating on two levels. This venue is perfect for a conference, large banquet, receptions, or a concert. This unique venue is perfectly situated in the heart of central London with access from St James's Park Station, Victoria Station and Westminster Pier. Maximum capacity is 1,000 theatre style (this includes the two mezzanine levels). Venues of this size and unique architectural design are few and far between. Contact us to discuss your event needs!
