The private dining room requires a minimum food and beverage spend of £1,000 plus VAT with a discretionary 12.5% service charge added to the final bill. The full minimum spend must be pre-paid to secure the booking, which is then deducted from your final bill or refunded if the minimum is reached on the day.

The private dining room can host up to 12 guests for seated meals. The beautiful dining room overlooking the kitchen can accommodate private dinners for up to 70 guests.

Over 30 days before your booking, you receive a full deposit refund. Within 30 days, you get 50% of your deposit back. Within 3 days of the booking, you forfeit your entire deposit. You can move your booking to another date within the same calendar year free of charge with 2 weeks notice.

All guests can dine from the a la carte menu in the private dining room. For larger groups in the main restaurant and bar areas, open plan bookings are available as an alternative to the private dining room.

The private dining room comes equipped with an in-house sound system and flat-screen TV. Guests can connect their devices via HDMI cable for presentations or entertainment.

Guests under 18 years old are not permitted after 5pm from Sunday to Friday. On Saturdays, a 21 and over policy operates. Valid photo ID may be requested from you and your guests under the challenge 25 policy, and the right of admission is reserved.

You can move your booking to another date within the same calendar year free of charge provided you give 2 weeks notice. The venue reserves the right to request valid photo ID and operates a challenge 25 policy.
