The 200 capacity terrace, which wraps around the entire venue, grants guests fresh air and views over Canary Wharf's northern dock while the private dining room offers seclusion and privacy.




Frequently asked questions

Semi-private areas require minimum food and beverage spends ranging from £2,500 to £10,000 plus VAT depending on the space and capacity. The Arch (70 capacity) requires £2,500, smaller semi-private areas for up to 60 guests require £5,000-£6,500, and larger areas for up to 150 guests require £10,000. All minimums have a mandatory 7.5% service charge added to the contract.

The Arch semi-private space accommodates up to 70 guests, individual City or Billingsgate areas each hold up to 60 guests, and the combined City & Billingsgate areas can host up to 150 guests. For groups of 50 or more, the venue offers areas across multiple tables with a mixture of seated and standing space. The private dining room seats up to 12 guests.

For groups of 50 or more, a deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the booking. The deposit can be redeemed against a pre-order or used as a bar tab. For the private dining room, the full minimum spend of £1,000 plus VAT must be pre-paid, which is then deducted from the final bill or refunded if the minimum is reached.

Cancellations require at least 14 working days' notice for a full deposit refund. Cancellations with more than 7 business days' notice forfeit 50% of the deposit, while less than 7 business days' notice results in 100% deposit forfeiture. For the private dining room, over 30 days notice provides full refund, within 30 days gives 50% refund, and within 3 days forfeits the entire deposit.

Guests under 18 are not permitted after 5pm from Sunday to Friday. On Saturdays, the venue operates a 21 and over policy. The venue reserves the right to request valid photo ID and operates a challenge 25 policy with right of admission reserved.

No, external DJs and catering are not permitted for semi-private spaces. The venue does not allow promoted ticketed events and maintains control over entertainment and food service for these areas.

Final numbers and changes to pre-ordered beverages are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the reservation. For the private dining room, bookings can be moved to another date within the same calendar year free of charge with 2 weeks' notice.

Semi-private areas include private access to an island bar, dedicated bartenders, and semi-private access to the terrace (which is roped off for your group). Some areas come with two private bars depending on the space selected.

The private dining room comes equipped with an in-house sound system and flat-screen TV which guests can connect to via HDMI cable. The room accommodates up to 12 guests for seated meals with access to the a la carte menu.

Semi-private areas have a mandatory 7.5% service charge added to the contract. The private dining room has a discretionary 12.5% service charge added to the final bill. These charges are separate from and in addition to the minimum spend requirements.
