Providing a spacious area that can accommodate up to 250 people, this is the ideal place for conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings and more. The Corner Bar offers a unique experience with 7 playing boxes, each loaded with our interactive football games suitable for all skill levels, even beginners. Our boxes can also be adapted into breakout spaces for smaller groups, perfect for board meetings or training sessions. And of course, your event isn’t complete without some food and drink!

TOCA Social has three locations: The O2 in Greenwich Peninsula London, White City London, and The Bullring in Birmingham. All locations offer the same Corner Bar business space with identical facilities and capacity for up to 250 people. Choose based on your team's location and transport preferences.

The Corner Bar accommodates up to 250 people and offers flexible layouts including theatre-style seating for conferences, cabaret-style for workshops, and standing reception for networking events. The space includes 7 interactive football boxes that can be converted into breakout rooms for smaller group sessions or meetings.

Private hire costs vary by duration and event type, with examples showing £3,000-£4,295 for 7-9 hour conference bookings. Some events operate on minimum spend basis (e.g., £14,000 minimum spend inclusive of gaming, food, drinks, service and VAT). Christmas bookings receive 10% extra bar spend if booked and paid before September 1st, with off-peak November discounts available.

The venue provides screens, microphones, flip charts, and presentation equipment as standard. Dedicated 'techsperts' assist throughout your event duration. Additional screen and projector hire costs £500 plus VAT. The 7 boxes each have screens that can be used for breakout presentations or smaller group activities.

Food options include breakfast bagels (£8 per person), lunch tabs (£15-£20 per person), pastries and fruit platters (£60 for 10 people), and unlimited tea/coffee/fresh juices (£70 per person). Drinks include yellow card tokens for house wine, beers, spirits and soft drinks. A 12.5% service charge applies to all food and beverage.

The 7 playing boxes feature interactive football games designed for all skill levels, including complete beginners. Games are suitable for both footballing and non-footballing fans. Box hosts are provided to guide activities and the games can be incorporated into team building sessions alongside traditional meeting formats.

Beyond the football boxes, the space includes foosball tables, vintage arcade games, and crokinole tables (additional charges apply). There's a private bar, private washrooms, and complimentary boot room hire. The space can transition from business meetings to social activities seamlessly.

Christmas party bookings require signing and payment before September 1st for early bird bonuses. The venue uses SevenRooms booking system and quotes are provided based on specific event requirements. Festive packages are available for groups of 25+ people, with full venue hire possible for up to 1,000 guests.
