Venue hire for the main church space starts at £3,000 without pew removal. For events requiring open space, pew clearing costs an additional £500, bringing the total to £3,500. The venue is VAT exempt due to its church status.

The church can accommodate up to 300 people indoors with standard pew seating. For events requiring open floor space (such as receptions following ceremonies), capacity may be reduced depending on layout requirements. Standing capacity can reach higher numbers but specific limits depend on the event configuration.

Wedding ceremonies cannot be booked through the standard venue hire process as they require additional religious elements. All wedding ceremonies must go through the church's Reverend and follow a separate booking process with different requirements and pricing.

Hospitality staffing is required at £54 for basic events. Technical staffing may be additional depending on AV requirements, with costs varying based on specific needs and discussed separately from the base venue hire.

Basic tea and coffee service is available for £60 (filter coffee only). External catering can be arranged, but all caterers must attend a mandatory site visit to confirm they can operate effectively in the church space before booking confirmation.

Memorial services follow a different process than standard venue hire and are handled directly by Phil, who specializes in memorial arrangements. These events receive additional pastoral support throughout the planning process and beyond the service if needed.

Events may be affected by organ tuning sessions, which create loud, piercing sounds that make the space unusable for ceremonies. The venue will inform clients of any scheduled organ maintenance that could conflict with planned events.

Basic microphone and PA system are included in venue hire for indoor use only. Professional presentation AV setup including screens costs approximately £1,800. Additional technical requirements are quoted separately based on specific needs.

The churchyard can be utilized for events, which helps with capacity constraints when the indoor space becomes too restrictive. However, weather will be a significant factor in outdoor usage, and additional equipment like marquees would need to be sourced separately.

There is a minimum spend requirement for private dining hire, though specific amounts vary by event type. Some smaller budget requests have been declined as falling "well under the minimum" for private venue use.
