Evening hire for the Theatre & Atrium is £2,500+VAT with a minimum catering spend of £20+VAT per person, based on hire from 18:30-22:30. Half-day rates are also £2,500+VAT with the same minimum catering spend, typically for 13:00-17:00 slots. The minimum catering spend applies to a minimum of 60 people.

The Theatre & Atrium can accommodate up to 120 people for dining events. This space includes the main Theatre area with an adjoining Atrium specifically designed for catering and refreshment service.

Tea/coffee costs £2.99+VAT per person per break, light lunch starts from £24.00+VAT per person, mini muffins are £2.50+VAT per person, chocolate chip cookies £2.00+VAT per person, gluten-free chocolate brownie bites £2.50+VAT per person, and chef's selection of biscuits £2.00+VAT per person. All catering is subject to the minimum spend requirements.

The Theatre hire includes screen and projector, lectern with comfort monitor and lectern microphone, PA system and speakers, one roving microphone, electronic pointer/clicker, ability to colour wash the space, and an AV technician as standard. Additional charges apply for event filming or livestreaming services.

Standard evening hire runs 18:30-22:30 and half-day hire typically runs 13:00-17:00. Custom timings can be arranged, such as 15:30-18:30, though this may affect pricing and minimum spend requirements depending on the specific booking circumstances.

For short-lead bookings, confirmation may be required by end of play the following day with full pre-payment required by close of play within a few days of confirmation. Standard bookings typically require confirmation to secure the date, followed by payment according to agreed terms.
