What is the maximum capacity for events and what spaces are included?

The Theatre can accommodate up to 120 people with an adjoining Atrium for catering and refreshment breaks. The Studio & Balcony combination can seat 50 delegates in cabaret layout, with the Balcony offering views of the Shard and serving as an ideal space for fresh air during breaks.

What AV equipment and technical support is included with venue hire?

Theatre hire includes screen and projector, lectern with comfort monitor and lectern mic, PA system and speakers, 1 roving mic, electronic pointer/clicker, ability to colour wash the space, and an AV technician as standard. Additional charges apply for event filming or livestreaming.

What are the Day Delegate Rate packages and what do they include?

The Day Delegate Rate is £79.00+VAT per person (minimum 40 people) for Studio & Balcony hire from 08:30-17:00. This includes breakfast on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, individually served lunch, afternoon refreshments, full AV equipment, onsite technician, security, and event management.

What catering options are available and at what cost?

Catering options include tea/coffee at £2.99+VAT per person per break, light lunch from £24.00+VAT per person, mini muffins at £2.50+VAT per person, chocolate chip cookies at £2.00+VAT per person, gluten free chocolate brownie bites at £2.50+VAT per person, and chef's selection of biscuits at £2.00+VAT per person.
