The Studio's private balcony overlooks The Courtyard and boosts views of the Shard. The balcony is ideal for allowing guests to get some fresh air during the breaks

The Studio & Balcony offers two pricing structures: a Day Delegate Rate at £79.00+VAT per person (minimum 40 people) for full-day bookings from 08:30-17:00, or room hire at £3,000.00+VAT plus minimum catering spend of £1,600.00+VAT for the same timeframe. Evening hire rates and Theatre & Atrium combinations are also available with different pricing structures.

The Studio can comfortably seat 50 delegates in cabaret layout. It includes use of the connecting private balcony which overlooks The Courtyard and offers views of the Shard, providing additional space for guests during catering breaks or networking.

The £79.00+VAT per person Day Delegate Rate includes exclusive hire of Studio & Balcony from 08:30-17:00, breakfast on arrival, mid-morning refreshment break with tea/coffee, individually served lunch, afternoon refreshments with tea/coffee, full AV equipment and onsite technician, security, and event management.

For room hire bookings, there's a minimum catering spend of £1,600.00+VAT. Individual catering items include tea/coffee at £2.99+VAT per person per break, light lunch from £24.00+VAT per person, mini muffins at £2.50+VAT per person, and various biscuits/cookies from £2.00+VAT per person.

The Studio includes full AV equipment with an onsite technician as standard. For Theatre bookings, this includes screen and projector, lectern with comfort monitor and mic, PA system and speakers, one roving mic, electronic pointer/clicker, and ability to colour wash the space.

For short lead bookings, confirmation is required by end of play the following day with full pre-payment required by close of play within a specified timeframe (typically around 2 weeks before the event). Standard booking terms may vary for longer lead times.

Yes, there are additional charges applied for event filming or event livestreaming beyond the standard AV technician included with theatre hire. The venue requires advance notice of any filming or streaming requirements to provide accurate pricing.

Standard day hire runs from 08:30-17:00, while half-day rates typically cover 13:00-17:00. The venue can accommodate adjusted timings such as 15:30-18:30 for specific requirements, though this may affect pricing and minimum spend requirements.

In certain circumstances, such as short lead bookings or events requiring only basic refreshments (tea, coffee, light snacks), the venue may waive the standard £20.00+VAT per person minimum catering spend and allow tea/coffee only arrangements.
