The Lecture Theatre costs £4,400 (VAT exempt) for full day hire from 8:30am to 5:30pm, or £2,585 (VAT exempt) for half day hire (either 8:30am to 1pm or 2pm to 5:30pm). This includes use of the Marble Hall and adjoining Gallery for registration and catering breaks, a technician on hand for the duration of your event, and comprehensive AV equipment including projector, lectern with mic, 6 top table microphones, 3 handheld radio microphones, 4 tie clip radio microphones, and laptop use.

What is the seating capacity and layout for the Lecture Theatre?

The Lecture Theatre has fixed tiered theatre-style seating for up to 210 delegates. The seating is permanent and cannot be reconfigured into other layouts like cabaret or boardroom style. The space is located on the ground floor with natural light.

Are there additional spaces included with the Lecture Theatre hire?

Yes, the hire automatically includes use of the Marble Hall and adjoining Gallery on the lower ground floor. This space accommodates up to 200 people for standing receptions and is used for registration, catering breaks, and networking. The Gallery is built in the style of a Venetian palace with antique Sienna pilasters and onyx panels.

What AV equipment is provided and are there additional costs?

Standard AV equipment is included in the venue hire: data projector, lectern with microphone, 6 top table microphones, 3 handheld radio microphones, 4 tie clip radio microphones, and laptop use. A technician is provided throughout your event. Live streaming requires third-party suppliers who must schedule site visits, provide PLI & PAT testing certification, and complete risk assessments.

What are the catering arrangements and costs?

All catering is provided by Company of Cooks, the in-house caterer. Day Delegate Rates start from £38.80 + VAT per person and include arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, working lunch, and afternoon break. Guests cannot bring external food back into the venue if they go off-site for meals. All catering prices are subject to VAT.

What are the standard operating hours and extension costs?

The Marble Hall and Gallery provide dedicated space for registration with room for registration tables. The space can accommodate up to 200 people for standing receptions and networking breaks.
