Standard AV equipment is included in the venue hire: data projector, lectern with microphone, 6 top table microphones, 3 handheld radio microphones, 4 tie clip radio microphones, and laptop use. A technician is provided throughout your event. Live streaming requires third-party suppliers who must schedule site visits, provide PLI & PAT testing certification, and complete risk assessments.
What are the catering arrangements and costs?
All catering is provided by Company of Cooks, the in-house caterer. Day Delegate Rates start from £38.80 + VAT per person and include arrival refreshments, mid-morning break, working lunch, and afternoon break. Guests cannot bring external food back into the venue if they go off-site for meals. All catering prices are subject to VAT.
What are the standard operating hours and extension costs?
Standard venue hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm for full day hire, with half-day options of 8:30am to 1pm or 2pm to 5:30pm. Time extensions beyond these hours are available at additional cost, though specific extension rates are not detailed in the standard pricing.
