After being transported on Ravens Ait Island's private launches, disembark at the grand step and move into the Reception area. The Reception area is the ideal place to greet your guests before your meetings commence in either the Thames or the Britannia Suites. Why not use it for break times and have your teas and coffees served in the reception with the comfy armchairs that overlook the River? Or if you need it as an extra break out space for team building? Two passenger launches are assigned for each event, with eighteen seats available on each of them.

What are the venue's operating hours and music restrictions?
Music is allowed until 11:45PM and all guests must vacate the island by midnight. These are strict house rules that apply to all events regardless of type or size.
How does transportation to the island work and what are the costs?
Ferry collection and drop-off is complimentary with two 11-seater boats assigned to each event that run shuttle-style back and forth. The journey takes only 30-45 seconds with no waiting time for guests, and there's also access to a 50-seater boat for 1 hour on arrival subject to availability.
What deposit is required to secure a booking and when is it due?
A 50% deposit is required to secure any date if the event is within 6 months. All dates are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, and the venue cannot hold dates during the consultation period.
