Frequently asked questions

Single private dining rooms have a £500 + VAT room hire fee with minimum spends of £2,000 + VAT for afternoon events (12:00-16:00) and £2,500 + VAT for evening events (18:30-23:00). Double private dining rooms cost £2,500 + VAT room hire with a £4,500 + VAT minimum spend for evening events. A discretionary 12.5% service charge applies to food and beverage items.

Single private dining rooms accommodate up to 18 guests with oval table setup or maximum 2 round tables of 10 people each. Double private dining rooms can host up to 60 guests standing. The rooms are situated on level 38 with floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic views of London.

Afternoon events run 12:00-16:00 with organizer access from 11:30. Evening events run 18:30-23:00 with organizer access from 18:00. Guests can arrive from the official start times onwards, and you can enter 30 minutes early for setup including banners, balloons, and flowers.

Bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis. A 100% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due 3 months prior to the event. Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit card, with a surcharge applying to AMEX payments.

Three-course menus start from £75 + VAT per person (whole party must have same starter, main, and dessert), working lunch at £40 + VAT per person, and continental breakfast with baps at £81.75 + VAT per person. All catering orders including special dietary requirements must be pre-ordered 10 working days prior, with final numbers required 5 working days before the event.

Built-in speakers around the room are included for background music that you can connect to. Additional AV requirements are provided by preferred supplier Prelude Entertainment, or you can bring your own AV for a £350 + VAT supplement.

External catering is possible but requires approval of the catering company details in advance. Dry hire is available at £18,000 + VAT with 4 hours of kitchen access, and venue hire runs from 2pm until 10pm. Guest entry must be pre-booked and ID is required upon arrival.

A mobile bar with private bartender is available for £500 + VAT (not included in minimum spend). The venue has seasonal menus and supports local communities. Room options include Alto-Cumulus, Cirrus-Stratus, and other cloud-inspired private dining rooms.

To proceed with booking, you'll need to provide: name of person signing contract, their telephone number and email address, billing address including company name, confirmed event date, and preferred payment method (bank transfer or credit card).
