Single private dining rooms have a room hire fee of £500 + VAT with minimum spends of £2,000 + VAT for afternoon packages (12:00-16:00) and £2,500 + VAT for evening packages (18:30-23:00). Double private dining rooms cost £2,500 + VAT room hire with a £4,500 + VAT minimum spend for evening events (18:30-23:00). A discretionary 12.5% service charge applies to food and beverage items.

Single private dining rooms accommodate up to 18 people with oval table setup or maximum 2 round tables of 10 people each. Double private dining rooms can host up to 60 guests standing. The rooms are named Alto-Cumulus, Cirrus-Stratus, and Nimbus on level 38.

Afternoon packages run 12:00-16:00 with organizer access from 11:30. Evening packages run 18:30-23:00 with organizer access from 18:00. Guests can arrive from the stated start times onwards, and setup time is included in the access period.

Three-course menus start from £75 + VAT per person (whole party must have same starter, main, and dessert). Working lunch options are £40 + VAT per person. Continental breakfast with baps costs £81.75 + VAT per person. All catering orders must be pre-ordered 10 working days prior, with final numbers required 5 working days before the event.

Bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis. A 100% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance due 3 months prior to the event. Payment can be made via credit card or bank transfer, with a surcharge applying to AMEX payments.

Built-in speakers for background music are included. Multiple screens, lapel mics, and docking stations are available with an on-site engineer during events. Additional AV requirements are provided by preferred supplier Prelude Entertainment, or clients can bring their own AV for a £350 + VAT supplement.

Searcys is a catering company that provides food and drinks at the venue. External caterers require approval and details must be forwarded in advance. Dry hire is available for £18,000 + VAT with 4 hours kitchen access (venue hire 2pm-10pm). Guest entry is pre-booked only with ID required upon arrival.

Required details include: name of person signing contract, their telephone number and email address, billing address including company name, confirmed event date, and preferred payment method (credit card or bank transfer). The 12.5% service charge is included by default but can be presented at the end of the function if requested.

Multiple private rooms can be hired subject to availability. Single private room breakouts cost an additional £2,500 + VAT per room, while double private room breakouts cost an additional £3,500 + VAT per room. Level 38 can be exclusively hired with rooms like Cirrus-Stratus for welcome drinks and Alto-Cumulus for conferences.
