Frequently asked questions

Bounce Farringdon operates on a minimum spend basis with no venue hire fee. For example, Sunday events show minimum spends of £6,000 + VAT + 12.5% service charge for half-day (11am-3:30pm) or £14,000 + VAT + 12.5% service charge for full day (11am-close). Saturday events cost significantly more than weekday rates. The minimum spend goes entirely towards food, drinks, and activity packages, with any remaining balance available as a bar tab.

The main Business space accommodates up to 200 guests theatre style for conferences and presentations. Other spaces include The Vault (up to 100 standing guests with 3 ping pong tables and 2 Ping Pong X tables), The Jaques Room (up to 100 standing guests with 3 ping pong tables, 1 beer pong table, karaoke, and private bar), and The Playground (up to 200 guests with 5 ping pong tables, 5 Ping Pong X tables, and 1 beer pong table). Each space offers different activity combinations and pricing structures.

The Business space includes a 10ft cinematic screen with HD projector, state-of-the-art wireless presentation system, microphones for presentations, lectern, and HDMI connections. Material can be displayed on two mirror screens, and stadium-grade lighting can be adjusted to match company logo colors. Additional TV screens are available in bar areas for company logos, and complimentary Wi-Fi is provided throughout.

Day Delegate Packages cost £59 per person (ex VAT) and include arrival breakfast, grazing lunch, 2 snack breaks, and unlimited teas, coffees, juices, and water. Group packages range from Bronze Package at £38 per person (2 house drinks, 1 pizza) to Gold Package at £78 per person (Prosecco, 3 house drinks, sharing bites, unlimited pizza, Games Guru). All packages include 12.5% service charge, and food can be customized from à la carte menus within your minimum spend.

Saturday events are possible but cost significantly more than weekday rates, as mentioned in correspondence with clients. Sunday events have specific minimum spend requirements (£6,000 for half-day, £14,000 for full day). Weekend availability may be limited, and the venue recommends flexibility with day of the week or timing to access cheaper alternatives.

Activities include ping pong tables, Ping Pong X (AI-powered tables), beer pong, and karaoke facilities depending on the space. Games Gurus can be hired at £5 + VAT per person to run activities and tournaments with prizes for winning teams. The venue offers break-out areas with activity tables, and some spaces feature UV lighting for atmosphere.

The venue requires quotes to be reviewed and confirmed promptly, with follow-up calls offered to discuss options in detail. Events can be booked with package upgrades available for bookings made before certain deadlines (such as 31st August for events before 23rd November). For additional tech requirements including hybrid events, the venue partners with F1 Sound who can provide quotes based on specifications. The venue can accommodate company branding with logos displayed on TV screens (included in cost). Chair hire is available as an additional service for approximately £1,000-£1,200 for larger groups requiring formal seating arrangements.

Access times vary by event type and space. Conference setups may require early access from 8:00am for 9:00am starts. The venue can extend opening hours, with extension fees applying (such as £2,500 + VAT for postponing public opening until 5pm). Events typically run during standard business hours, with evening events possible depending on space and day of the week.

The minimum spend can be allocated flexibly across food pre-orders (sharing style, not buffet), bar tab, and activity costs. Clients can choose specific amounts for food packages and put the remainder towards drinks on the day. Activity costs are included if selecting package deals, or can be allocated separately per person if choosing à la carte options rather than packages.
