The ground floor gallery is a spacious loft style space of and it can accommodate a range of events including creative art or sculpture exhibitions, rehearsals, photography shoots, and music video filming. The exterior walls consist of brick, wood or plasterboard and there are 5 pillars going down the middle of the space with a combination of a wooden and concrete floor.
