A versatile event suite with AV tech and a private terrace overlooking Bristol Harbour.

The Events Suite features a range of integrated audio visual solutions, including 2 data projectors with screen and a sound system with a range of microphone options. Creating the right mood is easy with our atmospheric lighting system-featuring pin spots, down lighters and LED's which can change colour to suit your event.
The space is based on the 2 floor of the museum and has a private terrace that overlooks the Bristol Harbour side. The suite can be used as one large spacious room or divided into three different areas.

Conferences, seminars and networking events for up to 300 delegates can take place in the Elgar Suite. It is popular due to it's direct access to car park and a separate entrance. Being arranged over two levels, you can choose to reserve the upper level featuring a private bar, reception area, cloakroom and foyer for refreshments and breaks. The lower level can accommodate a range of flexible seating arrangements depending on the type of your corporate event. Free WiFi is available in all meeting and event suites and direct dial telephone can be added to your package on request.

With capacities for up to 170 delegates, it is equipped with state-of-art facilities to ensure a productive session and the dedicated Events team are on hand for expert support and advice.

This event space is fantastic for product launches as the floor can sustain up to 2.5 tonnes of weight. This space has capacity up to 500 guests and 800 guests when combined with the adjoining Kingfisher Suite,

An audio-visual and lighting gantry makes it easy for you to customise and theme your event, creating memorable experiences for your guests.

Direct access to the patio and outdoor seating area extends the space further making use of the lake views.
