Our Constellation Suite is on the first floor of the building, this room has maximum capacity for up to 300 delegates theatre style, built in staging, lectern & top table, which means it is perfectly set out for conferences & seminars of all sizes. The following AV equipment is included in the room as standard: HD DNP Projector (rear projection), 16:9 HD projector screen, 80inch HD front screen, PA system, Lectern & Microphone, Stage & Lighting, Top table & Microphones, 4 x HD side screens, Flipchart, Air Conditioning & complimentary Wi-Fi. An AV technician will be on hand during your event
Our Lounge Area is situated adjacent to the Constellation Suite & makes a fantastic reception area for welcoming up to 300 guests. Also on the first floor, the room is modern, bright & airy and has enough space for all of your catering requirements. We have the option to extend this space to 450m² by opening 2 partition screens, for all events with over 150 delegates or that require exhibition space. We can hold up to 23 exhibition stands here. The room also has wall mounted HD plasma screens & themed lighting throughout to personalise your event, PA system and an unmanned cloakroom facility.
The Alexander Graham Bell Suite is a space ideal for delegate groups of up to 80 in a theatre style presentation day or up to 42 in a cabaret set up for a training day. The space is modern, with lots of natural light, built in HD LCD projector, 16:9 projector screen and whiteboard facilities.
