Our stylish Executive Boardrooms are perfect for corporate board meetings, or as a syndicate space with a larger conference. All Boardrooms offer views of our Wanyama Reserve, Wi-Fi, audio visual capabilities, and a dedicated Conference Host for the duration of your event. With plenty of additional extras we can add to your meeting from animal meet and greets to ride hire, you are sure to leave with plenty of memories.




Frequently asked questions

The Conference Centre accommodates up to 300 delegates across six meeting spaces. Executive Boardrooms are available for smaller corporate meetings and can serve as syndicate spaces for larger conferences. All boardrooms offer views of the Wanyama Reserve and include Wi-Fi, audio-visual capabilities, and a dedicated Conference Host.

All Executive Boardrooms include plasma TV screens, audio-visual capabilities, and complimentary Wi-Fi. A dedicated Conference Host is provided for the duration of your event to manage technical requirements. Stationary is also provided as standard.

The venue offers a warm welcome in the reception lounge with tea, coffee, and pastries served. The Conference Centre features a private bar for larger events. Additional catering arrangements can be made through the dedicated Conference Team.

Additional extras include animal meet and greets and ride hire options. The Executive Boardrooms overlook the Wanyama Reserve, providing views of giraffes and zebras during meetings. These unique elements can enhance corporate away days and team building events.

A dedicated Conference Team ensures seamless management throughout your event. Each Executive Boardroom booking includes a dedicated Conference Host for the duration of your meeting to assist with technical requirements and event coordination.

Based on previous corporate bookings, events typically run from 8:30am-5:00pm for full-day conferences. Half-day meetings and shorter boardroom sessions are also accommodated. The venue can handle multi-day conferences with overnight accommodation options.

Car parking is available for delegates. The venue can accommodate accessibility requirements including easy access arrangements with no stairs when specifically requested for events.

The venue allows external catering arrangements and can work with outside AV companies when hybrid streaming or specialized technical requirements are needed. The Conference Team coordinates with external suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
