Boardrooms are suitable for smaller meetings with views of the Wanyama Reserve.

Events typically run from 8:30am to 5:00pm for conferences and meetings. Evening events can extend until midnight, with some parties running from 5:00pm to midnight. Multi-day conferences operate from 8:30am to 8:00pm daily. Weekend events are available, including Saturday sessions from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

The venue provides in-house catering including tea, coffee, pastries in the reception lounge, lunch options, and dinner services. External catering appears to be permitted based on past events that specifically mentioned external catering arrangements.
