No, Tudor Barn Eltham does not offer dry hire of the venue. All food and drinks must be ordered directly with their on-site chefs, and clients cannot bring their own catering or access the kitchens.

The venue has a single projector that presents onto white walls upstairs, plus an in-house PA system for background music and wireless microphone. However, the speakers are not connected to the projector, so clients may need to bring battery-powered speakers for presentations with audio.

All food must be ordered through Tudor Barn's on-site chefs - no external catering is permitted. Options include the DDR package at £39.95 + VAT per person, finger buffets at £18.95 per person (30 minimum), or pre-ordering from their gastropub menu for smaller groups.

Tudor Barn has a dedicated rugby field that can be hired for team building activities through their preferred supplier. The front lawn space outside the gastropub is also available for team building activities, pop-up bars, and live music performances.
