The venue has a maximum capacity of 180 people. This capacity applies to the main lounge and bar area, which can accommodate various event formats from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations.

The standard hire fee is £550 plus a £2,800 (inc. VAT) minimum bar spend for promoted events. You can either pre-pay your tab in full with no security deposit required, or fulfill the minimum bar spend during the event with a £650 security deposit.

The space includes professional 3-camera capture setup, expert lighting equipment, and professional microphones for broadcast quality content creation. The studio is fully equipped for podcasts, interviews, solo narrations, and in-depth filming sessions with expert setup included.

Catering services are available as part of the venue's offerings. The space includes a fully stocked bar with dedicated bar team, and additional catering can be arranged to complement filming or hybrid event requirements.

Booking requires signing contracts followed by payment arrangements. For events with minimum spend requirements, you can choose between pre-paying the full tab amount or paying a £650 security deposit with the balance settled during the event.

The venue includes an in-house PA system as part of the standard hire package. For filming, professional microphones and lighting equipment are provided, along with 3-camera setup for broadcast quality capture.
