The Art Academy is open for viewings Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. You can schedule a tour by contacting the venue directly to book a time with their team.

The auditorium accommodates up to 70 people in classroom layout. Studio spaces can accommodate various group sizes, with some able to handle 150-200 people for larger events like dinners.

The venue provides a 5-meter wide screen projector with high-quality speakers suitable for screenings and presentations. Additional AV requirements should be discussed based on your specific event needs.

Yes, external catering and decorators are allowed. However, the venue has approved drinks suppliers or charges corkage fees for outside alcohol. Kitchen use is permitted based on the nature of your event.

The venue provides rectangular wooden trestle tables sufficient for up to 50 guests. Additional furniture arrangements can be discussed based on your specific event requirements and space selection.

A 30% deposit is required to hold your date and secure the space. The remaining balance must be cleared 2 weeks before the event date.

Art activity sessions with tutors cost £59.50 per person (excluding VAT). Sessions with alcoholic drinks included (beer and white wine) cost £72.50 per person (excluding VAT). Grazing platters with meats and cheeses are available for approximately £15 per person (excluding VAT).

Food is generally not allowed in the studios, though exceptions may be made depending on the event type. The venue can provide catering options or work with approved suppliers for drinks service.

Setup requirements vary by event type and can range from minimal (just power access) to several hours for complex installations. The venue can accommodate extended setup periods and will provide guidance on entrance procedures and room access.
