The Private Dining Room has a room hire of £1,000 and requires a minimum Food & Beverage spend of £4,000 including VAT, exclusive of 10% service charge. The minimum spend gives flexibility to build a tailor-made package but the actual cost may be higher depending on requirements.

What are the capacity limits for The May Fair Theatre and what's included in the screening packages?

The May Fair Theatre seats over 200 people with a maximum capacity of 201 guests. The Screening Package costs £2,200 inclusive of VAT, and the Q&A Package costs £650 inclusive of VAT. Access is available from 18:30 onwards.

What is included in the Day Delegate Rate and what are the minimum numbers required?

The Day Delegate Rate costs £120 per person per day in The Danziger Suite with minimum chargeable numbers of 90 attendees. It includes three extensive coffee breaks, three-course hot and cold working buffet lunch, still and sparkling water, main meeting room hire, stationery box, dedicated Events Executive and Event Manager, and complimentary high-speed wireless internet.

Are security requirements mandatory for events and what are the costs?

Security is mandatory for all events over 50 guests at £30 per hour with a minimum 6-hour requirement. One security guard is required per 50-100 guests as hotel policy.

What are the room hire costs for breakout rooms and private suites?

Private Suite 1, 2, and 3 each cost £2,000 inclusive of VAT for room hire. These can be used as breakout rooms for larger events requiring additional meeting spaces.

What is the maximum capacity for The Crystal Ballroom and what events can it accommodate?

The Crystal Ballroom has a capacity of 230 guests in theatre setup and can accommodate various events from fashion shows to conferences. The recently redesigned iconic space is suitable for large dinners and conferences.

What are the booking terms and how long are quotes valid?

Quotes are offered on a 'joint option' basis (first-come-first-serve) and are not on hold unless specifically requested. Rates are valid for 5 working days, after which Edwardian Hotels London reserves the right to re-quote.

What AV equipment and technical support is available for events?

The May Fair Theatre includes an 8m screen and PA system. Meeting rooms have screens, projectors, and microphones available. Detailed AV packages are available with costs varying by requirements, and dedicated technical support can be arranged.

What are the Christmas party package options and minimum numbers?

Christmas packages cost £145 per person inclusive of VAT in The Danziger Suite & Atrium with minimum chargeable numbers of 100 attendees. The package includes prosecco on arrival, three-course Christmas dinner, half bottle of house wine and water, coffee and mince pies, black linen decorations, and Christmas crackers.

What catering options are available and are there dietary restrictions accommodated?

The venue offers various catering from Day Delegate Rates to bespoke packages. Halal catering options are available, and alcohol-free events can be accommodated with bespoke mocktail menus. All catering is subject to 10% service charge on Food & Beverage.
