The Studio and Balcony at King's Venues at London Bridge

The Studio can accommodate up to 72 guests for seated private dining and up to 100 guests for standing receptions. The space includes a connecting Balcony with views of the Shard, which is ideal for catering breaks and allows guests to get fresh air during events.

The Day Delegate Rate is £79.00 + VAT per person with a minimum of 40 people, which includes exclusive hire from 08:30-17:00, breakfast on arrival, mid-morning refreshments, individually served lunch, afternoon refreshments, full AV equipment, onsite technician, security, and event management. Alternatively, room hire is £3,000.00 + VAT plus a minimum catering spend of £1,600.00 + VAT for the same timeframe.

Tea/coffee costs £2.99 + VAT per person per break, light lunch starts from £24.00 + VAT per person, and various snacks range from £2.00-£2.50 + VAT per person. For events not using the Day Delegate Rate, there's typically a minimum catering spend of £20.00 + VAT per person with a 60-person minimum, though this can be negotiated for specific bookings.

The Studio includes full AV equipment with an onsite technician as standard. This covers screen and projector, PA system and speakers, microphones, electronic pointer/clicker, and the ability to colour wash the space. Additional charges apply for event filming or livestreaming services.

For short-lead bookings, confirmation is required by end of play the following day with full pre-payment due by close of play within a few days of confirmation. Standard booking terms may vary, but expect quick turnaround requirements for last-minute reservations.

The venue operates 7 days a week and can accommodate events from breakfast to dinner. Standard half-day rates typically run 13:00-17:00, though custom timing like 15:30-18:30 can be arranged. Evening events can extend until 22:30 depending on the space and arrangement.

Security and event management are included in the Day Delegate Rate but may be additional charges for other booking types. Bar services are available for events requiring alcohol service. Additional charges apply for filming or livestreaming, and all prices are subject to VAT.

Gallery access depends on current exhibitions and timing. Some periods may not have exhibitions running as the venue prepares for upcoming shows. When exhibitions are open, they typically start from 08:00 and admission is free, allowing guests to visit before or after private dining events.
