The hire fee covers use of the private room for the booked time slot and an in-room bar. Standard AV provision includes a 60-inch HDMI-compatible TV screen and microphone at no extra cost. What additional costs should be expected?
A 15% service charge is applied on top of the minimum spend for all bookings, and both minimum spend and hire fee are mandatory.
How does the booking process work, and what are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit (based on the minimum spend or package) is required to secure your booking, with the balance payable before or on the day of the event. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Availability is subject to change and rooms cannot be held without payment.
What are the policies regarding catering and external vendors?
All catering must be supplied by 1 Lombard Street; no external food or beverage vendors are permitted.
Are there any notable restrictions, prohibitions, or setup requirements?
Bookings must stay within capacity limits . Access for setup is generally granted shortly before your booked start time; requests for early access must be agreed in advance and may incur additional costs.
