Maharjan has previously worked for hotels in Nepal and Dubai, before he took the opportunity to move to UK . He first worked at the Monkey Island Hotel in Bray and Bray and then the Mercure Hotel in Windsor before moving in to his role as a Head Chef at the Roseate Reading and then Executive Chef for the Roseate House London.
