A build day can be added for £1,800 including VAT if required.
What is the maximum capacity for business events and what seating arrangements are available?
The venue can accommodate up to 800 guests in cabaret style seating with tables of 8, or up to 1,400 guests for other configurations. The space includes breakout rooms that can hold 50-60 people each in either banquet or theatre style seating. The main auditorium features flexible seating with round tables available in black or white linen, plus Chiavari chairs.
What catering options are included and can we bring our own alcohol?
The package includes arrival refreshments (tea, coffee, orange juice, pastries, fresh fruit), mid-morning and afternoon breaks, and lunch service featuring a freshly prepared two-course hot fork or finger buffet with fruit juices and water. Three-course seated dinners are also available. There is no corkage charge on beers, wines, spirits, or soft drinks, and table service for bar drinks is provided.
What technical equipment and AV facilities are provided?
The venue includes a comprehensive technical package: in-house RCF sound system, full lighting system and rig, 10m x 5m cinema screen, three Christie laser projectors, two 120-inch retractable projector screens, purpose-built stage with star cloth backdrop, handheld microphones, two LED lecterns, data connection with live feed capabilities, and USB connection for slideshows. In-house technical support is provided throughout events.
Can we use our own AV suppliers and staging teams?
Yes, you can bring your own AV suppliers and staging teams to work alongside the venue's in-house technical facilities.
