The Woodland Room at Beeston Manor is the largest function room and overlooks the beautiful countryside through the conservatory windows. It can accommodate up to 80 guests for a sit-down meal with space for a DJ/band/dancing area, 125 guests for a sit-down meal without space for a DJ/band/dancing area, and 150 guests for a buffet style meal with or without space for a DJ/band/dancing area. The room features its own bar, a small annex room for buffet service and photobooths, and a projector available for hire. The space is perfect for family and friends Christmas get-togethers or private corporate Christmas parties. The package includes a glass of mulled wine or bottle of Peroni on arrival, canapes, a choice of a 2 or 3 course meal with wine or buffet style food, sparkling fairy lights, ambient mood lighting, white table linen and napkins, polished glasses and cutlery, outdoor lanterns in the gardens, and centerpieces for the tables. The hire price for the Woodland Room is between £27.50-£52 per head, plus a room hire fee of £250.
