The space also includes a small stage, PA system, lighting equipment, digital projector, piano, and aerial rigging capabilities for performances or backdrop suspension.
Can I bring my own catering or use external caterers?
Yes, external catering is permitted and the venue has kitchen facilities available for use. The venue can provide information about catering options if needed, but you're free to arrange your own food service including specialized dietary requirements.
What are the accessibility features at the venue?
The venue has full disabled access and disabled toilets on site. Children are welcome and the venue provides children's toys, books, and games for family-friendly events.
How much parking is available and what are the transport links?
There is onsite parking for around 8 cars within the private grounds. The venue is a 6-minute walk from Fiveways station and close to the main Birmingham ring road, providing excellent public transport connections.
What are the setup and breakdown time allowances?
Setup can begin from 9am, with events typically starting from 1pm onwards to accommodate any church services in the smaller space. You'll have time after your event for breakdown and tidying, though specific end times should be confirmed when booking.
Can the venue accommodate events that require specific room configurations?
Yes, the large room can be made available by moving the church into the smaller space as a one-off arrangement. The venue has flexibility for different layouts and can accommodate various seating styles including theatre-style, cabaret, and reception setups.
What audio-visual equipment and technical capabilities are available?
The venue includes a PA system with microphones and monitors, digital projector, small amount of lighting, and a small stage. The space has 7m high ceilings with aerial rigging capabilities for suspending equipment, backdrops, or performance elements.
What makes this venue unique for special events?

Are there any restrictions on noise levels or event timing?
Events cannot start until 1pm when there may be church services running, as these can be quite loud. The venue shares space considerations with a church that uses the smaller room, so coordination is required for timing and noise management.
What is the capacity and layout of the main event space?
The venue features two large halls with 7m high ornate wooden ceilings, a large entrance hall, and outdoor gardens. The space can accommodate various event sizes with flexible layouts, though specific capacity numbers should be confirmed based on your event type and setup requirements.
