A bright, functional conference space for up to 300 in a historic rugby stadium with modern AV equipment.

Chris Robshaw and Players' are two of three suites situated within the DHL [East] Stand on the ground floor. It is a bright functional space for any meetings or conferences. The suite provides space for conferences or meetings with up to 300 delegates theatre style, or 160 in a cabaret style. 

The suite is fitted with brand new audio visual equipment including large LCD projectors and screens and a PA system with microphones. It is also fitted with its own reception area with cloakroom and a bar.

The Twickenham Stoop Stadium 

The Beaumont Room is a large room located on the ground floor of the Twickenham Building in the  conference centre.  It is modern and contemporary in style and features the latest audio visual equipment.  It can accommodate meetings of up to 225 delegates in a theatre style layout and 100 in cabaret.  It has it's own coffee lounge area just outside so meeting delegates do not have to go far for refreshment breaks.  The Beaumont room also benefits from having a number of syndicate rooms nearby for break out work.
