The Point offers a blank canvas to inspire creativity, and can host a wide range of events including conferences and meetings, AGM's, seminars, exhibitions, gala dinners, product launches, fashion shows, panel discussions, presentations and examinations. The Point is an elevated suite with seven-metre windows, allowing unrivalled panoramic views of our world famous cricket pitch. The room can be sub divided into 4 separate areas meaning we can cater from 100 to 1000 delegates. The large Foyer Space and Oscar's Bar is the perfect space to welcome delegates for a pre-event breakfast or post-event drinks. With plenty of opportunities to showcase your branding, you can turn our classic cinema foyer into something bespoke to your event.
The Sansovino is 392 sq. meters, 18x12m in size with a 22m high ceiling! This allows all manor of events to maximise their potential in the space. With its own entrance separate to the hotel, guests will be in for something special on arrival to the hotel. From a theatre conference to indoor inflatable team building - there really is no limit on what can be achieved.
This versatile space can be used as a full auditorium for large scale events such as conferences, presentations or large meetings. Or, as a draped short hall with the use of our in house draping system, allowing to create a blank canvas ballroom. The various layouts can accommodate huge conferences from 1,000 - 12,334 delegates in a theatre style layout or 1,400 for a corporate dinner dance or awards ceremony in a banquet set up.
Smart, minimal and sleek, The V12 Room is the larger of the two adjoining spaces. This room is perfect for conferences, panel discussions, meetings and much more. Our capacity for theatre style conferences is over 130 people. We work with production teams that can source all the AV production for your event. The rooms can accommodate a variety of layouts such as theatre, classroom, U-shape and cabaret.
One of the most architecturally astounding and unique spaces in London, the Main Space is the beating heart of the Roundhouse and is the perfect setting for all events. An impressive blank canvas, the iconic Main Space includes a lighting rig, sound system, staging and endless branding opportunities to put your stamp on it and make it a business meeting or conference to remember. The Main Space is great for conferences, seating up to 1503 in theatre style across the whole space. The Balcony is ideal for networking with plenty of space for exhibitor stands too.
Located in close proximity to the W Club, M Club and Foundry North and Foundry South means the Woolwich lends itself really well to large events that require several breakout spaces. The W Club and M Club are sumptuously decorated entertainment areas and Foundry North and South are equally impressive more classically-styled rooms.

Regarded as the UK’s premier orchestral studio, it has witnessed the recording of some of the most famous scores in cinema history including the scores for Star Wars, Harry Potter, The Lord of the Rings and many more. With natural daylight and open-plan flexibility, it is a large and versatile venue that can suit different sizes of groups and is an ideal setting for birthday parties, Christmas parties, receptions and weddings. The space is also available as a dry hire with selected outside caterers.

The stunning First Floor Dining Room is available for exclusive hire for up to 100 guests standing and 60 guests seated. The Mezzanine is 2,000 sqm and has the benefit of natural daylight, a 16.5 metre high barrel-vaulted roof and is column free making it idea as an exhibition, conference, awards or gala dinner space. You can also make use of the Ground Level for a further 500sqm! 24 Gallery Bays located around the level above the Mezzanine provide great additional space for exhibition stands, green rooms and catering. It's proximity to the breakout rooms makes the space ideal for a conference to run alongside a large exhibition. Please note we do not operate on a hourly rate and only offer full day hire.
Venue 1 is our most versatile room. It can be transformed to accommodate a variety of events and will easily seat 300 people theatre-style for lectures, presentations, conferences, product launches or exhibitions. There is assisted access to the venue.
