Elegantly styled with light decor, the ME Room is available for hire 24 hours a day. 

Large scale events such as fashion shows and car launches are just a small selection of the impressive events held here. 

The ME Room can accommodate up to 150 guests for a standing reception or 80 for dinner, or with the inter-connecting walls removed between the 6 adjoining studios, the total capacity can be increased to 300pax for a reception or 250pax for a seated lunch or dinner.

The venue comes complete with all furniture and linen, as well as table centrepieces and elegant uplighting.

ME London Event Space

A grand historic theatre in central London, ideal for large conferences, events, and productions.

Host large conferencing with a capacity of 1150 (582 with Covid-safe social distancing in place.) or hire the Aldwych for smaller meetings, workshops and corporate training events. The theatre hosts a number of hospitality rooms which can be used for breakout spaces, in addition to three fully stocked bars.

Covid-safety procedures will be in place during all hires.

Modern, adaptable event space in a historic arts centre. Suitable for large receptions and dinners.

In the Embankment Galleries, the whole venue can hold 800 for a standing reception. Our Mezzanine level can seat up to 340 for a dinner on rounds or 192 on a long table, and our East and West Galleries can hold around 300 standing in each space. 

Originally a barrel-vaulted bargehouse linked directly to the River Thames, the Embankment Galleries are now our most modern and adaptable events space. Spread over the ground floor and Mezzanine level of the South Wing, this network of rooms host annual exhibitions but as of September 2017 - February 2018 it is also available for private events.
