Space description
Host large conferencing with a capacity of 1150 (582 with Covid-safe social distancing in place.) or hire the Aldwych for smaller meetings, workshops and corporate training events. The theatre hosts a number of hospitality rooms which can be used for breakout spaces, in addition to three fully stocked bars.
Covid-safety procedures will be in place during all hires.

The Aldwych Theatre is a beautiful Grade-II listed building in the heart of central London. The theatres opulent auditorium is split over three levels offering excellent pillar free views. Your theatre hire can be adapted to suit your every need, by opening one or two levels for smaller more intimate events.
Due to Covid-19, the theatre is utilising a rare opportunity to hire out it's stage, auditorium and front of house spaces. This is a diverse venue perfect for auditions, rehearsals, location filming, photography, product launches & productions.

The Shakespeare's Globe800 Standing PeopleThroughout the summer season, the Globe is home to multiple productions and performances with audiences up to 1500. The most recognisable and largest of our spaces, the theatre may be hired for filming and photography projects, both large and small. Please note that the theatre is completely open to the elements.
Boasting over 500 square metres of pillar-free space, the spectacular Trinity banqueting suite offers state-of-the-art AV equipment, video conferencing equipment, remote-controlled pinspot lighting, portable staging and encrypted WiFi links for optimal functionality. We offer the unique opportunity for your business to have its conference or presentation on the set of a Bridge Theatre production. The space is flexible and the seats are in different configurations throughout the year, depending on what production is playing. When 'end on' (stage and audience facing each other) the capacity is 920 seats. When in 'thrust' (stage extended slightly, with seats on three sides) the capacity is 850 seats. When we have a show running the auditorium is available to hire from 8am until 3pm.

With arched ceilings, ornate wood paneling, and beautiful chandeliers, this space wows with its art-deco style. There is space for 1,500 guests for a standing drinks reception and 750 for a seated theatre style event. There is an in-house, professional audio visual team to help with any presentations there may be and complimentary Wifi is also provided.
