The full day hire rate is £650 excluding VAT, which includes unlimited tea, coffee and water throughout the day. The venue can open at whatever time you need for your event. Lunch can be arranged for an additional £10 per person.
What are the capacity limits for the Business space?
The main Livery room can accommodate 36 people seated or 60 standing. There is also a smaller intimate room available that seats 15 or accommodates 25 standing. Both rooms have natural light from surrounding windows.
What AV equipment is included in the hire?
The Business space includes top-of-the-range IT equipment with an 80-inch screen that has its own built-in laptop. This ensures your presentations and meetings are technically hassle-free without needing to bring additional equipment.
Is there parking available at the venue?
There is no onsite parking, but you can unload equipment directly outside the building on the road, especially on weekends when it's very quiet. Plenty of parking is available around the building, and it's particularly easy to find spaces on weekends.
What floor is the Business space located on and is there lift access?
The main Business room is located on the first floor. There is lift access from the ground floor, which is particularly useful for transporting heavy equipment or for accessibility needs.
Can the room layout be customized for different event types?
Yes, the room can be set up however you like - with tables, without tables, or you can bring your own furniture. The space is entirely yours during your hire period, so any arrangement you wish to create is not an issue.
What catering options are available?
Unlimited tea, coffee and water are included in the hire fee. Lunch can be provided for £10 per person. The venue works with one of London's top catering companies and can provide everything from sandwich lunches with drinks to full sit-down meals for more formal events.
How far in advance do I need to book?
The venue does not accept same-day bookings due to short notice requirements. You'll need to book at least one day in advance, though availability varies and advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred date.
Are there any restrictions on filming or recording in the space?
Filming is permitted in the Business space, and the venue is accommodating to production needs. The bright, well-lit rooms with surrounding windows provide good natural lighting conditions for recording or filming purposes.
